Roles & Responsibilities

The Assistant Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of sales strategies, managing client relationships, and driving business growth within the industrial equipment / oil and Gas / energy sectors and Marine Sector. This position requires a commercially astute professional with strong interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of technical sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales plans and achieving revenue targets across assigned territories or product lines.
• Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotations, and product documentation in coordination with engineering and product teams.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategic sales decisions.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and resolution of client issues.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts.
