The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Live Chat workers are assigned a business that they are working with and your job is to log in to their social media account each day and reply to messages that are sent to the account from customers (or potential customers).
• You will be given full training on how to do the job and what to say to all the most commonly asked questions. And you have a chat supervisor to help you with any questions that you don’t know how to answer.

Ideal Profile

Skills / background needed :

Hours per week : 15 – 20 hours a week

Location : Remote work online (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia or Philippines preferred).
