Tasks & Responsibilities
1. To plan & execute sales plan to achieve assigned sales target.
2. To submit accurate sales pipeline to Sales Management for weekly review.
3. To plan sales calls and site visits with clients / prospects to understand their business & technical requirements & budget. To follow up closely with clients after the sales call with solution proposal & quotation. To provide timely updates on opportunity status to sales management.
4. To plan & arrange sales resources for solution demonstrations, physical site studies & presentations to clients.
5. To work closely with Project & Technical Support Manager on providing customer delight experience with project implementation & after-sales support.
Skills & Experience
1. 3 years of sales experience with proven track record in selling building security solutions to end users & channel partners including CCTV, door access, turnstiles & vehicle barriers, intercoms, intruder alarm systems, perimeter protection, and time attendance.
2. Strong interpersonal & written communication skills.
3. Independent, resourceful, results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
4. Diploma or Degree Holders in business, electrical / electronic engineering or related field.

Forms of Compensation
1. S$3000 x 13 = S$39,000 base including AWS plus sales commission
