Our Service Supervisor will oversee daily service, train and supervise Front of House staff, and ensure compliance with safety / sanitation regulations. The perfect candidate is an excellent team player, reliable, empathetic and handles difficult situations respectfully.
Salary : S$ 4,000 - $4,800 depending on work experience.

Responsibilities :
Ensure that an impeccable customer experience for guests is maintainedManage guests’ expectations and attending to complaints, ensuring that service recovery takes precedence over most considerationsAssist the Restaurant Manager to ensure that all Front of House team members are well-versed in company’s SOPs, and knowledge of the restaurant’s brand positioningCoordinate and ensure proper communication between Front of House and Back of House operations teamsOrganise, supervise and roster shiftsTo maintain a healthy work environment for all team members and assist to resolve any issues between team membersAssist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the beverage programmeAssist Restaurant Manager in monthly inventory and Beverage Perpetuals, and keep track of monthly COGsManaging and maintaining the POS software systemsSupervise execution of all delivery ordersTo assist the Events team with the operations and project management of client events held at the restaurant including Weddings and Corporate EventsTo assist in building a database of regular clients and providing them with efficient and professional customer serviceRequirements :
At least 2 years of hospitality experience in leading and managing a team of restaurant professionalsPositive mindset and approachable demeanourNatural people skillsA desire to deliver an experience beyond guests’ expectationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalConfidence with handling POS systemsGreat time management and problem-solving skillsAbility to stay calm, organised, and efficient under pressureHas great initiative and team leadership skillsTell employers what skills you have
