Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through platforms such as GeBIZ, Ariba, Sesame, and other relevant channels.
- Prepare, review, and issue quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a strong level of inside sales engagement, with the ability to understand, articulate, and communicate the company’s product solutions and services to address customer requirements.
- Assist customers with sales-related enquiries via phone, email, and walk-in consultations.
- Manage enquiries diligently and follow through to successful order closure.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Personnel and Account Managers, ensuring timely updates on quotations, opportunities, and project status.
- Coordinate and monitor customer deliveries and inventory to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Prepare quotations for new products and arrange for the dispatch of product samples.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure optimal delivery timelines.
- Support the preparation and submission of tender documents.
- Arrange and schedule customer meetings for the external sales team.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the sales function.
