Job descriptionAssist the sales team find, follow up, and close sales. Keep customer details accurate and current in the CRM system. Answer questions from potential and current students about courses and services. Set up consultations, calls, and follow-up meetings. Prepare and handle sales paperwork, like quotes, contracts, invoices, and reports, ensuring everything is processed on time and correctly. Serve as a connection between the sales team and other departments, ensuring good communication and teamwork to meet customer needs. Assist in planning and running promotional events, open days, and information sessions to draw in potential students. Monitor and evaluate sales data, create sales reports, and share insights with management. Spot trends and suggest ways to improve. Manage general office tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing calendars, and maintaining records. Deliver outstanding customer service by quickly and professionally addressing inquiries and issues. Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2 years’ experience in sales or coordination, preferably in the education sector. Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with CRM systems is a plus. Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
