Job descriptionCertificate / Diploma or equivalent qualifications with IT knowledge. At least 2 years of working experience with supervisory roles. Willing to work in cool room environment and handle frozen products. Positive attitude and flexibility. Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with the associates / clients.

Job Description :
- Assist Manager to manage daily processes and quality.
- Train and supervise a team of assistants in the department.
- Manage and meet daily, weekly and monthly schedule and target.
- Maintain and improve product standards, consistency and factory hygiene.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory laws and requirements.
- Build teamwork to improve productivity.
- Ensure safety at workplace.
