Job Description :
The Sales and Project Coordinator is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with sales leads on trials for our green building solutions and with colleagues and subcontractors for the successful implementation of our projects. Also responsible to contribute significantly to our Company’s growth in the exciting field of green building technologies, manage project logistics and ensure client satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities :
1. Coordinate and work closely with subcontractors / clients for the successful execution of :
2. Participate in roadshows and exhibitions (1-2 times per year) to promote L-QuBE solutions
3. Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing any queries or
concerns promptly and professionally
4. Assist in the preparation of quotations and proposals for potential clients
5. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress
6. Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
throughout the project lifecycle
7. Assist in the monitoring of project timelines and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule
