Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform professional massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or other specialized techniques.
• Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
• Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including sanitizing equipment and linens after each session.
• Provide excellent customer service, fostering a relaxing and positive experience for clients.
• Educate clients about self-care techniques, stretching exercises, and wellness practices.
• Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, health, and wellness trends.
