Job descriptionCertification or diploma in Massage Therapy from a recognized institution. Valid practicing license (where required). Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, punctual, and customer-oriented. Physical stamina and strength to perform multiple massages per day.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform professional massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, or other specialized techniques.
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and progress reports.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards, including sanitizing equipment and linens after each session.
- Provide excellent customer service, fostering a relaxing and positive experience for clients.
- Educate clients about self-care techniques, stretching exercises, and wellness practices.
- Stay updated on the latest massage techniques, health, and wellness trends.
