Roles & Responsibilities

• Position : Sales Coordinator / Admin (Customer Service)
• Location : Ang Mo Kio (Few bus stops from AMK MRT)
• Working hours : 5 days (Monday-Friday 9.00am-6.00pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + AWS+ 14 days Annual leave + Incentives
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Lighting

Main responsibilities :

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, referrals, and field visits

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services

Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business

Requirement :

Min O level

Minimum 1 year relevant experience

Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
