Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers' order enquiries via calls and emails
- Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients
- Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly
- Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
