Description
As a Facility
Management Support Executive, you will be responsible for
supporting the facility management team in all aspects of
day-to-day operations. Your main duties will
include :
Assist in the coordination
of all maintenance, repair and renovation projects
Respond to schools' request for maintenance
work
Investigate, check and analyse reported
breakdowns and faults to determine their causes for the prevention
of future occurrence
Maintain accurate records
of all work performed and ensure timely completion of all work
request records
Keep proper records of legal
contracts and vendor information and monitor the expiry of
contracts
Coordinate with vendors and
contractors to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and
satisfactory manner. This includes working with the contractors to
schedule pest control and air-conditioning for schools
Providing support in building and development
projects
Job
Requirements
At least
2 years of experience in facility management, property management
or related fields
Excellent organizational
skills and attention to detail
Strong
communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant
software
The ability to work independently and
as part of a team
