Roles & Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Understand the requirement of customers for their MRO enquiries.
- Actively involve in sourcing, analysing purchase quotation, costing, and negotiate the best commercial offer.
- Ensure sales quotation needed is submitted on timely manner. Take initiatives to follow up closely, clarify requirements for purchase orders and contracts.
- Process sales order, and follow through the sales processes.
- Close communication with vendors and customers, develope long term relationship.
- Prepare and / or update database and activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by superior or management.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Professional Certificate / DiplomaMinimum 1-2 years related experienceFluent in communication, both oral and writtenProficient with Windows based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Customer-driven, service-oriented, Proactive, self-motivated and a good team playerDiscipline, ability to work and perform under pressure in a fast pace environmentWilling to learn and must possess a CAN-DO attitudeSound judgement and good business senseRemuneration package commensurate with qualification & experience.Interested candidate to apply with last drawn and expected salary for this position.Tell employers what skills you have
