Sales Support Executive (Up to $4500 / Central)

Job descriptionOversee the end-to-end process from sales enquiry to order delivery for key account customers. Prepare and share product assortment presentations with key accounts in a timely manner. Coordinate with suppliers to arrange, track, and manage product samples for customers. Prepare sales quotations (Item Agreement), secure management approval, and send to customers. Review and verify purchase order details, including delivery schedules, quantities, pricing, and shipping information. Monitor delivery progress and ensure timely order entry. Coordinate quality control testing for ordered products with suppliers, customers, and third-party testing partners. Collaborate with marketing teams and suppliers to manage packaging graphics and ensure compliance with shipment requirements. Serve as a liaison between sales, logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate with clients regarding product availability, delivery timelines, and order updates. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales administration preferred
