The Company

Our client in the semiconductor sector is currently looking for a 6 months’ contract Sales Support Executive to join their dynamic team.

The Role

The role involves preparing and managing shipment-related documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and pre-shipment paperwork, to ensure smooth customs clearance for customers. Responsibilities also include handling Letter of Credit activities, such as preparing LC instructions, reviewing drafts, and compiling trade documents for negotiation and submission. The role also requires data entry into customer e-portals to support Quote-to-Cash activities.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum NITEC or Diploma qualification, with at least one year of experience in an administrative role within a logistics or manufacturing environment. Strong PC proficiency is required, particularly advanced skills in MS Excel and Word. Candidates must have knowledge of Letter of Credit operation.
