Job Opportunity : Team Support Executive
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and supervising the warehouse and service centre team.
- Supervise warehouse operations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide HR support, including leave applications, discipline, attendance, and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) compliance.
- Maintain workplace safety and health standards by conducting regular audits.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, tidy, and environmentally friendly.
- Handle incoming faults or technical calls in a prompt and professional manner.
- Prepare quotations for customers after fault diagnosis and provide detailed explanations of repair costs.
- Liaise with forwarders on shipment issues, inventory management, and month-end stock takes to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders in the operations team to achieve common goals.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Complete ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by senior management.
Requirements :
A minimum of Nitec / Diploma in Communication or people management.At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience.Ability to multitask and be independent with minimal supervision.Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.Comfortable working in a workshop / service centre environment.Prefers candidates who can start immediately.Applicants should have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
