Description
Lead and manage a team of
Sub-contractors for maintenace and service
works
Plan, organize,
co-ordinate and implement Preventive Maintenace work
timely and ensure compliance to all authority and client's
requirement
Liaise with sub-contractor and
vendor for quotations and purchase
orders
Perform
routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting
and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning
of Building Management system
Optimise BMS to reduce overall building energy
consumption
Provide technical / operational
guidance, engineering solution to the Facility
Management
Requirement
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or
Electrical Engineering or any related
discipline
Ideally with 1-2 years of relavant
experience
Good to have
knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC
Proactive individual who can work
independently
Good interpersonal and
Communication skills
Able to
multi-task and achieve deliverables on
schedule
Able to generate
project reports via Word, Excel,
Powerpoint
Training will be
provided
