Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Head Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and hygiene. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in cooking and managing kitchen staff to deliver consistently excellent dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook classic dishes according to company standards.
- Ensure all dishes are properly cooked, well-presented , and consistent in quality.
- Supervise kitchen operations , ensuring all team members perform their duties efficiently.
- Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards, completing daily cleaning and closing tasks.
- Ensure all food is stored, prepared, and served safely in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Monitor kitchen equipment condition and arrange repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Assist in inventory management , including estimating and ordering ingredients and supplies.
- Uphold high standards of food quality to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
3–5 years of proven experience as a Chef or Head Cook , with hands-on experience using a variety of kitchen equipment.Strong culinary skills and attention to detail in food preparation.Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong time management and organizational skills.Willingness to work weekends , and public holidays .Tell employers what skills you have
