Senior Sales Engineer

Job description Promote and sell both existing and newly launched products and services. Manage client accounts with professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Ensure all business dealings are thoroughly serviced and ethically managed. Meet and liaise with clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements. Provide regular updates and technical support on products and services. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients. Contribute ideas during internal brainstorming sessions. Support client pitches as needed with insights and suggestions. Identify client needs including budgets and timelines. Communicate requirements effectively to internal teams. Create and maintain documentation for new projects and services to ensure successful implementation. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure product solutions meet client specifications. Respond promptly to sales inquiries and prepare accurate, competitive quotations. Provide reliable after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Prepare and submit monthly sales forecasts and performance reports. Track and achieve KPI set by your supervisor. Plan and develop new sales strategies and ideas to capture market opportunities. Maintain timely and professional communication via email and Microsoft Teams. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management
