Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the role-based email account and help to respond to typical questions
• Assist in inputting new data fields to our database of overseas internship records
• Support Overseas Onboarding Procedures (OOP) including administering students’ submission of checklist for the approval of University Sanctioned Travel
• Collate students’ feedback and source for good stories and photo for future outreach.
• Assist with the administrative duties of the department, e.g. scheduling student interviews, booking of meeting rooms, etc.
• Assist in any other ad hoc task assigned
