Job descriptionNITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering. Experience in using SCADA systems for process control in Annual Plant Maintenance, ISO / RBA audits, and NEA / PUB audits would be an advantage. Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Proficient with basic Microsoft Office, speak English and write simple report. Willing to work in cleanroom environment and 12-hour shift arrangement. Good interpersonal skills and able to work in teams.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Daily-checking and inspection of SCADA for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
- Perform water analysis for UPW, WWTP & PCW system.
- Perform daily operational consumables replenishment, scheduled / routine equipment maintenance.
- Support monthly samples submission for legal compliances.
- Execute project installation, machine modifications and productivity improvements.
- Conduct operational training and maintenance guidance for new joined members.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly reports to suprvisor on time.
- Ensure compliance to ISO Operating Procedures with Safe Practices.
- Systems Include : Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) tanks & supply; Wastewater Treatment (WWT) tanks & discharge; Sewerage (SEW) drainage & discharge; Domestic / NEWater (WSS) tanks & supply; Process Cooling Water (PCW) tanks & supply; Process Waste Water (PWW) tanks & drainage.
