Job descriptionHandle general administrative tasks related to warehouse coordination, including purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders on delivery schedules and container arrangements Maintain accurate documentation through proper classification, sorting, filing, and archiving Perform data entry to ensure information is captured accurately and kept confidential Prepare and submit daily warehouse operation reports on time Respond to inquiries from internal departments, suppliers, customers, and management Track and verify invoices from service providers for accuracy Support the overall administrative and clerical functions of the warehouse office Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor Relevant experience in handling documentation / administrative task will have added advantage. Willing to work in shift as it will compensated with shift allowance [Not Mid night shift, only Morning & Afternoon Shift]
