Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the department.
Perform data entry work.
Excellent in computer skills.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
Advanced knowledge of MS excel.
Sorting, matching and verifying all incoming Delivery Orders against Sales Invoices or Purchase Invoices.
Filing of Purchase Invoices.
General ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency and familiarity in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
