Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Executive to strengthen our HR team with a focus on corporate HR functions, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, compliance, training, and performance management.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the broader HR team, complementing existing strengths in general HR and administrative functions. You will contribute to HR operations for both corporate and project site functions, providing support across key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment : job postings, interviews, offers, and contracts. Handle pre-employment checks, medicals, and employee orientation. Facilitate smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Maintain HR records accurately in Excel and HRIS / payroll systems.
Process confirmations, transfers, and exits, including work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Conduct exit formalities and support employee retention initiatives, team-building, and CSR activities.
Policy, Compliance & Governance
Administer HR policies and employee handbook. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements : MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulations
Assist in ISO documentation compilation and coordination. Manage BCA systems for data entry, licensing and renewal needs.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Support
Assist in payroll inputs, benefits administration, and insurance matters
Support annual review cycles : increments, bonuses, AWS. Handle staff claims and leave administration
Learning & Development
Coordinate training programs and maintain training records. Monitor statutory certifications and course renewals.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
Support performance appraisal processes and reporting. Assist with employee queries, welfare initiatives, and engagement activities.
HR Reporting & Administration
Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, and absenteeism. Provide general administrative support for HR and related functions.
