Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous improvements to strengthen operational resilience.
• Plan and coordinate recovery tests, drills, and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security, and business units to ensure readiness and alignment across departments, branches, and head office.
• Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes, adjusting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure plan effectiveness.
• Lead incident response communications and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates, resolution of issues, and preparedness for future disruptions.
