To support our growing activitie, ANOTECH Singapore is looking for Group CIO – SEC OPS – Business Continuity Manager to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Business Continuity Manager (BCM) works cross-departmentally to conduct global business impact analysis (BIA) in line with Group security strategies.
- He / She is leading / managing the current Business Continuity process / strategy to facilitate collaboration, data collect & sharing between stakeholders
- He / She ensures that appropriate processes and controls are in place allowing ALTEN to comply with all relevant regulations and legislation
- He / She assists the organization in implementing Business Continuity Manager (BCM) Process with specific focus on IT / Cyber aspects.
- He / She reports gaps and BC non-compliance, requests and follows improvements plan if required.
- He / She conducts BIA campaigns at regular intervals (yearly) to ensure that the risks and critical assets / people / business continuity scenarios are regularly followed and updated
- Actively participate in creating / maintaining business continuity governance, collect, and report operational activities, suggest improvement, and manage RETEX. Keep documentation up to date and follow improvement plans.
- He / She ensures that stakeholders are thoroughly updated about the organization’s policies, regulations, and processes concerning business continuity in line with Group ISS Team (Group CISO).
- Make the necessary changes to make our IS more secure and participate in awareness programs implementation for various users and IT teams.
- Produce reports for operational and management teams to assess the effectiveness of Business Continuity management processes / documentation.
- Coordinate stakeholders to implement and report risk’s KPIs
- Propose applications and tools for Business Continuity management at a Group level
- He / She allows a better coordination between all international stakeholders regarding BCM activities & related (compliance…)
Requirements
Demonstrated understanding and experience working within engineering & services companiesMinimum 4 years experience on producing and monitoring operation plan & business continuity plans / BIAs strategy & campaigns / DRP knowledge / adapted business resilience documentation & strategy…Demonstrate abilities in conducting internal quality, compliance audits and reviewsExcellent written skills and demonstrated ability to prepare professional briefs, summaries, and reportsAbility to convert complex legislation or information into plain languageAbility to work autonomously, as part of a team and in co-ordination with other groupsMaster's degree (mandatory), in Cyber security (nice to have)ISO 22301 standard (mandatory)Risk analysis framework : Ebios rm or ISO 27005 (nice to have)CISP Certification (nice to have)ISO 27001 lead implementor or auditor (nice to have)IT skills (nice to have)Communicate and show availability in a way remote working doesn’t represent a constraintActive listener, OrganizedFluent English, experience in international and multi-cultural business environmentOther languages are a plusReadiness to travel on needs (Max 5%)Tell employers what skills you have
