Role :
This is a full-time, onsite, Receptionist cum Admin Assistant Role in MOE Primary School.
If you are selected,
You will work closely with VP and the AMs / AE and School Leaders (SLs) in an MOE
Primary School (nearest MRT - Pasir Ris) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities :
- Perform front desk duties include telephone enquiry, attending to students, parents and walk-in customers
- Attend to sick students, issue early release forms for students going home early and keep records of students reporting sick
- Assist in general ad hoc administration
- Any other hoc duties assigned by Admin Manager / Operation Manager / Vice-Principals / Principal
Job Requirements :
The candidate shall minimally have worked as a receptionist.The candidate should preferably have the following skills and experience :Good interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in IT skills – e.g Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Microsoft PowerPointPreferably have some basic first-aid knowledgePrior relevant working experience in school will be advantageousWe regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
