Tasks &

responsibilities

Identifying & developing client / business

relationship;

Screening / validating the

resumes from database;

Sourcing suitable

candidates & briefing them on opportunities offered by

clients;

Or Actively seek candidates to fit

specific openings and proactive profiles;

Negotiating terms with candidates within agreed

guidelines;

• Interview follow-ups;
• Coordinating with candidates for interview.
• Mail & phone Interaction;

Meet

up with candidates or clients when

necessary.

Qualifications

& experience

diploma / degree cert.; or

Possesses CEI

license / cert;

Have experience working in the

Recruitment or Sales arena;

Possess a

professional and consultative telephone manner;

Understand the importance of soft sales

skills;
