About the Role
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator / Videographer who loves crafting stories that inspire and educate. You’ll work with our marketing and medical teams to produce high-quality, authentic patient education and behind-the scenes short-form videos and posts that connect across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts .

Key Responsibility
- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that are engaging, educational, and visually appealing.
- Capture authentic content within clinics — interviews, lab insight, behind the scenes and patient-journeys.
- Edit videos with platform trends in mind using tools like CapCut ensuring strong hooks and retention.
- Create thumbnails, write captions, and select hashtags that connect with patients in a relatable way and optimised for engagement.
- Schedule, post, and track content performance across platforms.
- Stay updated with social trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
- Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns or educational series.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design team on cross-platform visuals and paid ad content.
- Post and schedule content across social media channels.

- Maintain a library of multimedia assets such as articles, videos and images.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or Film — or equivalent hands-on experience.1–4 years of experience in content creation or video production (agency or in-house) for social media. Healthcare experience would be added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficient in short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar) and graphic design skills (Canva).Skilled in smartphone and camera filming, basic lighting, and audio setup, and ability to guide cast / talent during shoots.Strong sense of visual storytelling and social media tone.Strong command of English for crafting short, catchy captions and understanding tone across platforms.Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts trends and audience behaviour.Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, or YouTube Studio (added bonus skill)Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional storytelling or brand content (added bonus).Why Join Us
