Role Overview
The Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
A) Opportunity & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities and support the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitor market trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Assist in the development of business plans and strategies to target specific market segments for business expansion.
B) Client & Relationship Management
Establish & maintain relationships with new and existing clients.Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Assist the Business Development Manager in creating and executing strategies to develop long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships.Coordinate client feedback and align the company’s offerings with client expectations.Skills & Qualifications
Experience : Minimum of 2-4 years in sales or business development roles, preferably in process industrial sectors.Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with refineries, shutdown jobs, and process industries.Sales & Negotiation Skills : Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and negotiate contracts.Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Relationship Management : Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners.Other Requirements
