Overall Purpose

We are looking for passionate individuals committed to the cause of enabling socially disadvantage low-income families and communities realise their aspirations of getting out of the poverty cycle.

Responsibilities :

Work collaboratively with community partners and government agencies to enable a safe and caring environment for children and adults we serve in the community.
Provide casework and counseling interventions, asset building with families, and engage in community-centric practices to involve the community intentionally for social change.

Requirements :

Believe that people and communities have intrinsic strengths and resources that can be harnessed for the betterment of family and community life.

Knowledge and experience with social work interventions, social policies, and community engagement

Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work or related disciplines from recognised universities

Accredited Social Worker

Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant social work experience.

Strong analytical, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
