Job descriptionMonitor and evaluate financial performance, providing recommendations for improvements. Manage cash flow and mitigate financial risks to ensure operational stability. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Conduct reconciliations and ensure accuracy in accounting records. Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (SG, PH, MY, and other relevant jurisdictions). Support audits and ensure adherence to company policies and local accounting standards. Support payroll processing and ensure proper handling of government contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, SSS, PhilHealth, CPF, etc.). Liaise with HR on finance-related compliance matters. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles. Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver results. Collaborative mindset to work effectively with multi-country teams. Opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-growing regional group.
