- Lead and mentor HR heads across APAC subsidiaries to align with regional and global HR strategies.
- Facilitate communication and share best practices among HR teams.
- Oversee regional HR initiatives and support local compliance with labor laws and employee relations.
Stakeholder Engagement & Alignment
- Act as primary HR contact for regional leaders and local HR teams.
- Ensure consistent HR program alignment and support collaboration with external stakeholders such as regulators and educational institutions.
HR Technology & Analytics
- Drive digital transformation using HRIS and analytics to inform workforce planning and leadership decisions.
Compliance & Governance
- Maintain confidentiality, lead HR audits, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage risk across subsidiaries.
Performance & Rewards Management
- Oversee fair and consistent performance management processes.
- Develop and communicate competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition programs.
Employee Experience & Talent Management
- Promote a unified, inclusive culture while respecting local customs.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, DEI initiatives, and workforce planning regionally.
Change & Organizational Development
- Lead regional change management and build change leadership capabilities.
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Strategic Partnership
- Align HR strategies with business goals and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fields.
- IHRP certification
- Proven leadership of HR teams across multiple countries.
- Strong organizational development and talent management expertise.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
- Familiar with HRIS and workforce analytics.
- Willingness to travel; minimum 10 years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of APAC labor laws and multinational HR environments preferred.
