Job descriptionPromote employee engagement and support change management. Build strong relationships with leaders, giving advice and guidance. Respond to HR inquiries and support workplace issues. Resolve employee concerns and conflicts fairly. Coordinate employee development programs. Support regional performance management and promotion cycles. Assist with disciplinary cases and improvement plans. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents. Ensure HR initiatives follow company guidelines and local laws. Support Regional Manager with HR strategies and projects. Handle other ad hoc HR duties as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with at least 3–5 years’ experiences as an HR Generalist Strong Knowledge of Singapore Labor Law and Employment Act is advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment All information will be treated with strictest confidence.
