Job descriptionCoordinate global accessory orders and manage non-trade POs to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment. Oversee ODM production planning and material allocation to meet business needs and product launch schedules. Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations and successful NPI launches. Track supplier performance, drive efficiency improvements, and resolve operational challenges proactively. Maintain up-to-date ERP records and minimize financial exposure from demand shifts or material changes. Develop and nurture strategic supplier relationships to strengthen responsiveness and collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Tactical Buyer within the electronics manufacturing sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail, organization, and numerical accuracy. Highly proactive, self-motivated, and responsible, with sound business judgment and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Open to travel for supplier engagement and site visits. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experienced in using ERP systems. Competitive salary package. A supportive and collaborative work environment.
