Roles & Responsibilities
Position Details :
Responsible for daily store operations and team management, ensuring standardized service processes, a clean environment, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise the performance of masseuses and front desk staff, arrange shifts and training, and ensure efficient team operations.
Assist the store manager in setting and achieving sales and performance targets, maintaining customer relationships, and promptly addressing customer feedback and complaints.
Oversee the management of in-store equipment and supplies, ensuring safety and hygiene comply with company and Singapore regulations.
Job Requirements :
At least 2-3 years of experience in the massage, wellness, or related service industry; management experience preferred.
Familiarity with massage and wellness service processes and basic health and safety regulations.
Strong service awareness and customer-centricity, able to properly handle customer needs and complaints.
Ability to work shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
