Join Our Team as a Sales Executive!

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team! If you enjoy building relationships, closing deals, and providing excellent service to customers, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their needs.

Sales Generation : Actively pursue new sales opportunities through walk-ins, referrals, calls, and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business.

Sales Target Achievement : Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.

After-Sales Support : Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and handle any service needs or concerns.

Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features, promotions, and updates to confidently answer customer questions.

Coordination with Teams : Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and issue resolution.

Documentation : Prepare and update sales records, quotations, and customer details accurately.

Other ad-hoc duties related to sales and customer service as required.

Requirements :

Educational Background : Minimum GCE 'O' Level, Diploma preferred.

Experience : At least 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.

Customer Service Mindset : Positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.

Sales-Driven : Motivated by targets and able to work independently to meet goals.

Problem-Solving Skills : Able to resolve customer issues calmly and efficiently.

Basic Computer Skills : Comfortable using email, Microsoft Excel, and sales systems

Team Player : Willing to support team members and contribute to a positive team culture.
