Key Responsibilities
- Actively promote and sell mobile products, services, and accessories to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct face-to-face and field sales to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and promotions clearly to customers.
- Ensure proper customer follow-up and after-sales support for better retention and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management for sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, customer interactions, and reports in MS Office tools.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Upsell and cross-sell products wherever possible to maximize revenue.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure timely resolution.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as set by the management.
Requirements
Minimally Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Sales / Marketing.Minimum 3 years of proven experience in field / ground sales (preferably in mobile, telecom, or retail sales industry).Strong command of English communication (both written and verbal).Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for sales reporting and documentation.Must be flexible to work long hours, rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.strong talent in creating and promoting advertisements on social media platforms.Excellent presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment.High level of energy, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced sales environment.Strong problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle customer objections professionally.Willingness to travel locally for sales visits, customer meetings, or promotional events if required.Tell employers what skills you have
