Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager, Procurement to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily procurement operations, procurement process, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and optimising the utilisation of the Ariba system to streamline purchasing operations.

• Minimally a Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. (Preferably in Supply Chain / Business / Administration / IT / Engineering or related discipline)
• Experience in Digital / IT industries, IT architectures, Technical / IT Sales is a plus.
• An agile, astute and analytical procurement, business and IT oriented mind
• At least 5 years of working experience in Procurement, Supply Chain management and / or Technology Operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in eProcurement applications and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing procurement

Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions
