Roles & Responsibilities

• Customs Clearance and checking of all proper documentations required (Import)
• If there is damage, taking of pictures and report to office for further instruction
• Lodging of packagings / checking for all proper documentations required (Export)
• Check and stick all labels accurately on the packaging
• Print Labels in office for Export shipments
• Weighing of all packagings in office and re-confirm at Customs
• Delivering and Collecting of packagings with time sensistivity / temp sensitivity
• Updating office of POD – exact time / name of person
• Maintainence of both company vehicles – cleaning / servicing
• Keep track of the fire extinguisher / first aid boxes in office and vehicles
• Office cleaning and maintenance
• Conditioning of packaging and gel packs
• Monitoring of Fridges and Freezer
• Hazmat License – Mandatory by authorities
• Perform Other Duties as required
