Job descriptionWork closely with the Sales Director and Sales Manager in managing local and overseas projects as well as other administrative matters. Responsible for preparing costing and / or quotations. Attend in sales enquiries and prepare sales proposals. Generate sales order and tax invoice. Manage customers’ orders via Navision ERP system. Possess Autocad knowledge is a must. Able to perform 3D drawings and rendering will be an added advantage. Prepare proposals and tender submissions. To do colour scheme confirmation. To take off quantity of tender layouts. Placing order for mock-ups and / or projects. Preparing mock-ups and proposal slides. Responsible for overseeing and handling the arrangement of delivery and setting up of mock up at site. Minimum Diploma in any field Familiar with AutoCAD Minimum 1 year experience in supporting projects for Interior Design Location : Kallang Working Days / Hours : 5 days Current & Expected salary Reason(s) for leaving Availability to commence work
