owners in menu planning and costing.
Explaining the cuisine in Hindi to both staff
and customers.
Overall Inventory management.
Requirements,
Deep understanding of lucknawi food is a
must
Able to develop organic spices
At least 6-10 years of Lucknawi , North Indian
cuisine cooking and knowledge is a must.
Excellent in Hindi, in both Written and oral
