Job Description : Handle general admin
tasks (filing, scanning, phone calls, record
keeping,etc)
Responsible for purchasing and
sourcing of materials for project site according to specification
and requirements
Price negotiation with
suppliers, vendors and price comparison for management's
approval
Maintain accurate records of purchases,
pricing, and inventory levels
Assist in
preparing reports, presentations, and other company
documents
Prepare and submit monthly petty cash
claims to account department
Assist in managing
issues pertaining to foreign workers. Eg dormitory, review and
formulate / update policies
Handling work passes
matters (application, renewal, cancellation
etc)
Organize company events, festive gifts
arrangement
Coordinate closely with the
Procurement, Admin & HR department
Maintain
proper filing and documentation system in accordance to ISO / Project
Standard
Other duties as
assigned
Requirements : Minimum
GCE 'N' Level or equivalent
Proficient in
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong
attention to detail and a high level of
accuracy
Good organizational and time management
skills
Ability to work independently and as part
of a team
Prior experience in Costruction is an
advantage.
