Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for the Inventory / Purchasing Administrator
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) and maintain proper filling of quotations, invoices and delivery notes.
- Ensure timely ordering of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Maintain and update supplier records and relationships.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project or production delays.
- Manage inventory to always ensure accuracy and availability.
- Plan and execute stock takes (incoming, monthly and year-end).
- Process stock adjustments, returns.
- Supervise incoming goods inspection for defects, surface finish and dimensions.
- Report and handle discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Generate reports on inventory movement, usage trends and stock valuation.
- Support internal and external audits with accurate and documentation.
Requirements :
Candidates with related experience are welcome to apply.Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Higher in related fields.Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, Words & Excel.Ability to work independently and a good team player.Responsible, diligent and willingness to learn.Good command of spoken / written English, Chinese.Others noted :
