Roles & Responsibilities

System Engineer who is able to maintain, upgrade and manage server system hardware and networks andin-house development environment software applications.

Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. The candidate should be able to diagnose and resolveproblems quickly. He / she should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinaryteams and users.

Candidate must be able to perform routine rotation standby technical support to customer call and travel tocustomer site during silent hour (after working hours) to resolve operation issue.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage network devices and technology tools
• Ability to understand overall system network architecture
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according torequirements
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Generate and maintain technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
