Roles & Responsibilities

Knowledgeable on meat cuts - beef, pork and lamb. (Able to handle pork products)

Experience handling meat processing machines (Slicer, Bench Saw, Mincer) and hand cutting meat

Experience in production planning : managing workflow and production schedule, manpower and inventory planning etc.

Able to speak and read English / Chinese

Can work in coldroom (Will provide proper attire)

Singaporean / PR / WP Holders
