Account Manager - Sales
The Account Manager will manage client relationships, drive sales of Nubitel’s solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understand their business needs and recommend solutions that maximize value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
- Monitor account performance and provide ongoing support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports to management.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients.
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.2–5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development, preferably in Cloud, SaaS, or IT solutions.Fresh graduates and mid-career professionals are welcome — training will be provided.Experience in B2B or corporate sales is preferred.Experience in IT or communication business solutions sales is an advantage.Knowledge of Contact Centre operations is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Tell employers what skills you have
