Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing corporate clients within the marine and shipyard sectors.
- Promote the company’s range of products, including wire ropes, synthetic ropes, shackles, and related items.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to generate new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and evolving customer needs.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule client meetings to drive sales growth.
- Perform regular customer visits and provide daily sales activity reports to the Director.
- Coordinate and prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business targets.
- Mentor and guide junior staff in accordance with company standards and ISO procedures.
- Support all administrative and operational aspects of the sales process.
