Roles & Responsibilities
Location : Labrador Park
Duration : 1 year contract
Salary : Up to $3000 basic + up to $150 incentives monthly
Job Responsibilities :
- Primary escalation point for client on account service delivery issues
- Manage small teams of junior staffs to meet clients’ SLAs and KPIs based on approved budget and sizing
- Establish SOPs and drive processes compliance
- Manage clients’ expectations and build relationships thru regular and scheduled engagements to share on monthly progress reports and achievement.
- Responsible for timely, accurate data reporting and client billing for both internal and external parties
- Initiate and drive incident closure with preventive and reactive actions to recover client confidence
- Handle, lead and drive changes below major requests for assigned accounts
- Lead and drive initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency on dept level
- Ensure you do not discriminate against, harass or bully co-workers, prospective co-workers, organization sub-contractors, visitors, clients or customers and ensure you treat people with fairness and respect in the performance of your duties.
- Ensure all organization policies, including Business Management System and Security policies and procedures are adhered.
- Ensure Work Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered.
- Ensure that you, and employees within your area of responsibility, take care at all times to work in a safe manner and report workplace hazards.
Job Requirements :
Good knowledge of the Business Process Outsourcing in market, solutions Grid technologies2 year's relevant experience in managerial positionsProficient in Microsoft Office applications3 year's relevant experience, preferably in Service Delivery ManagementJessie Hoe Huey Miin
